| This is about the functions available when you select ‘patients’ from the resource list headings at the top of the page in appointment manager. If you click on patients, you have a basic search tool presented. You can interrogate your records using that search tool. Search parameters are filter by first letter of surname, filter by first letter Christian name, list all, and search by adding filters to the appointment details, i.e. filter by all session codes = 100. When you have selected the record(s) that you are interested in, click on the 'patient name' to bring up the options screen.
| | Personal Information Note: you can also perform these functions in 'make an appointment' mode by clicking on 'view' next to the patient name and updating the presented patient record screen. • Use this screen if you need/want to amend the contact details of the patient. • The London Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy does want you to mark in the leaving month and year If the patient has certainly terminated, and to remark the patient status from 'Active, to 'Dead'. • If the patient has changed locations, then please update the record. • This is the place to permanently mark-down your patient from the active email list. • Do not unilaterally change the session code. Session code changes must be organised & authorized through the Admin Pages system. Patient Notes The London Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy is increasingly making session notes to do with coding matters, or to communicate case specific queries. Do look out for these when in 'make an appointment' mode. You can add notes by using 'Patient Notes', and edit or delete outdated notes. These notes are internal only - the patient cannot see them. However, if the patient wants to see electronic records that we hold - The London Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy would be obliged to make these available. Appointment History This is the easiest way of marking up your patient's attendance history for booked sessions. If you want to change session status to update this is the place to do it! Make Appointment is self-explanatory |
